I don't know if this forum is still very active but I just joined a minute ago.
My name is Chris Rogers and I am a Real Estate agent/Investor and I need to get a good buyers list. I run across deals everyday that need to be rehabbed but I don't have time to buy them. I get approx 15-25 leads per month. Some turn into Real Estate listings for me, some turn into wholesale deals and some go into foreclosure. I have rehabbed houses for the past 5 years and just recently got my real estate license. I am focused on that at the current moment but I see deals fly by me everyday.
First of all, I need rehabbers to add to my contact list. I don't need wholesalers on my list, I need actual rehabbers that will buy the property with the intention of rehabbing. Everytime I get a new deal I will email it to you. I will of course access a finders fee to the deal but I will leave enough on the table to make the deal work for you. Secondly, if you need a REALTOR to think like an investor instead of a REALTOR, I could help on the backside of the deal.
