Time has come for me to invest and be a nomad at the same time.  I'm after a 2 car garage [must have] house of any size for owner-occupant, anywhere near 20miles of chapman hwy area.  It must be an investment, rehab, [bc new construction most likely won't work the numbers], short sale, etc.  I may have the possibility of all cash, so I will reserve my right to be picky.
