I have an opportunity to share the cost of an upcoming coming Short Sale training event.

If you're a plugged in R.E. investor you recognize that there has never been better time to take advantage of the Short Sale opportunities that that you have previously passed on.

This step-by-step training will take place in Nashville on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday May 18.

It will include step-by-step manuals and other resources to start and successfully follow thru on a Short Sale

The cost for anyone is interested in sharing the cost of this 2 Day Short Sale event on May 17 & 18 is six hundred dollars excluding travel, food and lodging.

This is time sensitive and I'll take the first person who contacts me.

TOM,

I am familiar with the course your planning on attending, but the cost of the course (all the manuals & cd's, dvd's) you've already received,
andthe two day seminar is only $798.00.  Half of that is $400

Are you duplicating all the collateral material for your education-partner?  It's actually supposed to be your spouse that gets in free with you, but I don't think they could stop "anyone" from joining you.

It's disappointing to see you, or anyone else, trying to "profit" from expanding our collective knowledge.

I really enjoy this forum, but am distressed at how guarded the members are.  To the best of my knowledge, nobody here invented the "short sales", "lease-to-own", "subject to", etc. investing techniques.  They purchased some course from some "guru", have now become an "expert" and are attempting to re-sell it to members of the various REI groups. (I am not specifically referring to you , Tom).  Don't get me wrong--If you have developed some unique system, you have every right to profit from it.  To be honest there probably is no unique system.

Craig is trying to open up our investment community, and I applaud him for that.  He has shared enormously, without recompense.

Sorry for the rant.  Back to you, Tom.  I'd like to go to the short sale seminar in Nashville.  You wanted $200.00 more than the "fair" (50-50) price.  If you've got no takers, I'll offer you $200.00 less than the "fair" (50-50) price.  You include all the material that came with the course.  Better yet, I'll provide you several courses on "lease to own", "rent to own", "foreclosures", and two days with someone who has "purchased, rehabbed, and held" over 20 properties.  Wait, that's worth more than $400.00
